Tracker ATS Integrates with LinkedIn Hiring Assistant

KNOXVILLE, Tenn.—Tracker, the AI-native ATS and CRM platform built for staffing and recruiting agencies, today announced that it is among the first applicant tracking systems to go live with LinkedIn’s RSC+ integration, enabling Connected Projects for LinkedIn Hiring Assistant customers.

RSC+ is an enhancement to LinkedIn’s flagship ATS integration, Recruiter System Connect (RSC). For Tracker customers who also use LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, RSC+ unlocks AI-powered evaluations on all ATS applicants using combined LinkedIn and Tracker data. Insights sync to Tracker in real time, helping teams build unified shortlists and make faster, smarter hiring decisions.

The Problem This Solves

The pressure on recruiting teams has never been greater. LinkedIn research found that 86 percent of recruiters say their CEO is relying on them to build the workforce of the future. Yet the tools most teams rely on are still forcing them to work across disconnected systems, manually reconciling data and losing hours to administrative tasks that should be automated.

Hirers today spend hours sifting through applications. For staffing and recruiting agencies, where speed and accuracy of placement directly determine revenue, that inefficiency has a direct cost. LinkedIn’s own data shows that recruiters using Hiring Assistant are already saving four or more hours per role, reviewing significantly fewer profiles to find the right fit, and seeing meaningful improvements in InMail Accept Rates.

The missing piece has been the ATS. Until now, Hiring Assistant’s evaluations were limited to LinkedIn applicants only. The RSC+ Connected Projects integration changes that, and Tracker customers can access it today.

When Tracker customers activate RSC+, they unlock three meaningful improvements to how their teams evaluate and manage candidates:

  • A unified pipeline of every applicant inside LinkedIn Hiring Assistant. Regardless of whether a candidate applied on LinkedIn, through a career site, or from any other source, Hiring Assistant now surfaces them in a single, consolidated view. Nothing falls through the cracks and no candidate is evaluated in isolation.
  • More robust applicant evaluations, powered by both LinkedIn and Tracker data. LinkedIn Hiring Assistant combines LinkedIn profile insights with ATS resume data from Tracker to deliver richer, more complete candidate evaluations, giving recruiting teams far greater confidence in every shortlisting decision. Only LinkedIn can offer evaluations verified by live profile data from a network of over one billion professionals.
  • Hiring Assistant evaluations syncing in real-time back to Tracker. Recruiters always have full context, no matter where they choose to work. Evaluation insights flow directly into Tracker so teams never have to manually transfer data or toggle between systems to stay current.

“Staffing agencies don’t just need to find great candidates — they need to move faster than everyone else to place them,” said Andy Jones, CEO of Tracker. “This integration with LinkedIn Hiring Assistant is a genuine step change for our customers. They now have a unified pipeline with AI-powered evaluations drawing from both LinkedIn and Tracker data simultaneously. That’s not an incremental improvement; that’s a fundamentally better way of working.”

“Integrations powered by our partner ecosystem are at the heart of LinkedIn’s hiring innovations, which is why we’re excited to launch the RSC+ integration with Tracker. Together, we’re redefining how recruiters evaluate applicants by combining ATS resume data with LinkedIn insights and evaluating all applicants in one place, regardless of source,” said Larry Nelson, Head of Partnerships at LinkedIn Talent Solutions. “This integration doesn’t just streamline processes; it delivers the trusted, comprehensive insights teams need to move faster and make smarter hiring decisions.”

Early Results from the Field

Tracker customers who participated in early access testing are already seeing the impact of a fully connected hiring workflow.

“For applicant evaluation, we are saving 15 hours a week per recruiter, time that is now spent on high-value candidate engagement,” said Director of Recruiting, Anthony Ianiro of Infinite Resource Solutions, LLC.

What’s Next

Today’s launch is the first phase of a deeper integration between Tracker and LinkedIn Hiring Assistant. Tracker and LinkedIn will continue to collaborate to introduce real-time bidirectional applicant stage syncing, meaning that stage updates and rejections made in either LinkedIn or Tracker will automatically reflect across both platforms. Recruiting teams will be able to manage their entire pipeline from whichever system they prefer, with the confidence that everything stays current without manual reconciliation.

As LinkedIn continues to expand its Hiring Assistant partner ecosystem, Tracker is committed to being at the forefront, ensuring that staffing and recruiting agencies always have access to the most advanced hiring capabilities available.
