HR Tech Roundup

Here’s a look at new features from HR tech vendors;

  • AllianceHCM, one of the largest privately-held human capital management (HCM) software providers in the nation, released today its latest HR software product, expense management. The expense management platform automates the recording, tracking, approval, and payment of reimbursable expenses incurred by employees, helping businesses gain better control over individual employee expenditures.
  • MojoHire, the AI-driven HR technology innovator based in Silicon Valley, announced today that its intelligent talent discovery system has moved to the general availability stage after successful beta testing with leading companies in the healthcare and technology verticals. The general availability of MojoHire comes at a critical time for talent acquisition teams and human resource leaders. Amidst a talent revolution that is causing large swaths of workers to change companies or leave the salaried ranks altogether in favor of an independent status, recruiters are handicapped by their technology stacks. The average company has nine core talent applications, totaling approximately $5M of annual technology investment. The problem is that these applications are rarely integrated and often offer a burdensome user experience, driving recruiters to spend inordinate amounts of time on more user-friendly platforms like LinkedIn, manually searching for candidates.
  • iHire published its fourth annual U.S. Job Industry Recap & Outlook Report, an analysis of the 43.9 million job postings shared across its recruitment marketing platform’s 57 industry-specific talent communities in 2021. The report, which also includes forward-looking hiring advice for 2022, is now available to download: https://go.ihire.com/cdx60.
  • Workday announced continued momentum within the retail industry with nearly 50% of the 2021 NRF Top 100 Retailers having selected Workday. Global retail organizations of all sizes, including Giant Tiger Stores Ltd., Harrods, Jo-Ann Stores, Inc., Life Time, Inc., McCoy’s Building Supply, PUMA, Saks, and more are leveraging Workday to manage and optimize their retail operations, helping to accelerate their digital transformation efforts.
  • GoodHire, a leading provider of employment and background screening services, today announced record growth across the past year with an 80% increase in revenue, and reaching its 100,000 customer milestone. The company’s focus on delivering excellent customer experiences, and enabling them to make quick, trusted decisions is a key component of its success. Customers benefited from GoodHire’s continued investments in platform automation to improve efficiencies; access to quality data sources to improve speed and accuracy of results; and deep expertise in compliance and data privacy. After nearly doubling its headcount in 2021, GoodHire will continue its rapid hiring efforts in 2022 to increase its workforce significantly to better serve customer demand for screening services.
  • SeekOut, the AI-powered Talent 360 platform, today announced that it has hired Kristin Scott as its first Chief Revenue Officer. The addition to the team comes as the company seeks to accelerate their leadership position in talent acquisition, and focus on the delivery of Enterprise Talent OptimizationSM that enables internal mobility, employee retention, career pathing, and learning and development. SeekOut has experienced exponential growth in the past year, increasing ARR by more than 3x, and doubling its customer count.
