Healthcare Worker Platform Raises $7.5 Million

A healthcare staffing startup has raised funds. According to Axios;

Stepful offers programs that leverage a mobile-first approach involving short videos, group projects, simulations, and community learning modules targeted at people in underserved communities—the company partners with health systems to help them fill critical roles. Most programs are a fraction of the cost of traditional in-person educational offerings and lead to an average income boost of 25%.

With the new funds, Stepful looks to launch new programs for pharmacy and ultrasound technicians and to hone its use of AI to support students with resume building and content generation.
