Microsoft and Pearson have joined forces to help workers develop skills that are appropriate to the age of AI. The companies said their partnership will focus on providing employers, workers and learners with new AI-powered products and services to help prepare workers across industries to succeed in an “AI-driven” economy.
It’s no surprise that employers are worried about a lack of the skills needed to implement AI. Finding such workers is the greatest challenge for companies implementing AI, IDC said. Meanwhile, two-thirds of business leaders say they wouldn’t hire someone without AI skills.
