This month, we are celebrating James Westbrock, Partner Marketing Manager, and the calm, thoughtful approach he brings to our partner marketing efforts.
James has spent much of the past seven years working in partner marketing across technology and consulting. He describes himself as a marketing generalist, which fits perfectly at HRchitect where the work is varied, fast-moving, and always collaborative.
One of the things that stood out to James during the interview process was the company’s leadership culture. After finding the role on LinkedIn and doing his research, he remembers reading an interview that highlighted how approachable and grounded HRchitect leadership is. Once he joined, that impression stuck. James shared that it is the kind of place where it feels normal to connect with leaders across the organization, and that matters.
