Employers should consider how their use of AI plays among job candidates. Most people, more than 66% of them, are uncomfortable with the idea of AI examining their resumes and making decisions about their application.

Research by ServiceNow suggests the way to address these fears lies in revealing how a company uses AI in the hiring process. Simply notifying them of AI’s use isn’t enough. “[Their] fears of AI may lead them to not apply, causing you to potentially miss out on highly qualified applicants,” the report said.
