Humam Yahya, Implementation Manager in our Dayforce practice, specializes in deploying Dayforce modules, including Workforce Management, HR Core, Entitlements, and Talent Management. He particularly focuses on Talent Management implementations and leads a team of consultants, offering support with daily tasks, resource allocation, and project execution.

With over eight years of experience implementing Dayforce in both public and private sector organizations, Humam provides a broad perspective and a deep understanding of workforce needs in diverse environments. As one of the original members of the Dayforce Talent Team, he played a pivotal role in launching early Talent module implementations. His expertise encompasses the entire Dayforce suite, particularly in Talent, HR Core, Entitlements, and Workforce Management. Humam holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University and possesses a strong background in process improvement and change management.
