Safeguard Global’s payroll team joining Deel’s team of experts
Today Safeguard Global is one of the key providers of global payroll solutions. The company serves 140+ markets, processes more than 2.4M+ payslips per year, and boasts an 80+% first-time approval in each payroll cycle. They specialize in serving global customers including FICO, Hypertherm, and Jacobs.
Safeguard Global’s payroll team has hundreds of experts with decades of global payroll and compliance knowledge, particularly when working with enterprise businesses. The entire Safeguard Global payroll team will be joining Deel, combining their know-how and dedicated tools with Deel’s in-house HR, immigration and legal experts.
In-house experts are critical, particularly during complex projects where experience and knowledge of data migrations, integrations, upstream ERP solutions, and intricate payroll requirements can significantly cut down on wasted time and resources.
What this means for Deel customers
We’ll be bringing the team’s expertise in-house and combining it with Deel’s own expertise in payroll. This will significantly reinforce Deel’s ability to execute large global payroll projects seamlessly and effectively, an area where we are seeing huge growth and opportunity.
And since Safeguard is an innovation and service partner of Workday, this will deepen our existing partnership with Workday, allowing joint customers access to Workday’s functionalities alongside Deel’s streamlined payroll and HR offerings.
This acquisition means that no other provider will be able to offer a more robust global payroll solution.
What this means for Safeguard Global payroll customers
We’re excited to welcome Safeguard’s payroll customers to Deel. They’ll be able to benefit from Deel’s extensive direct global presence, owned infrastructure and native engines for greater efficiency, control, flexibility and faster payroll cycles.
These customers will also be able to add services from Deel’s product suite including immigration, contractor management, benefits, performance and equipment management and AI driven labor law insights. Under an agreement with Safeguard Global, we’ll continue to support their existing and future international payroll customers with Deel’s technology and expertise.
