At HRchitect, we’re utilizing a variant of the traditional RACI matrix across our teams to formally include a dedicated ‘S’ for Supportive. This approach is known as RASCI.
We know that implementation projects succeed not just because tasks are completed, but because our implementation teams are supported throughout the process. The distinct supportive (S) role in the RASCI matrix helps clarify expectations. It indicates who will provide resources and guidance to enable the responsible (R) party’s success.
