According to a study by the Adecco Group, Working Through Change: Adapting to an AI-Driven World of Work, 62% of those feeling AI’s pressure were burned out to some degree during the last 12 months. That compares to a global average of 40%.

Meanwhile, 67% of those feeling threatened by AI worry about future burnout, compared to the average of 48%. (Adecco considers those feeling threatened as anyone who’s concerned about AI’s impact on their work and have been negatively affected by it.)
