The use of artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming industries across the board, and recruitment is no exception. Job boards are leveraging AI to improve their platforms in creative and valuable ways.
We asked on our Slack channel for examples of job boards doing something interesting/ valuable with AI, and these job boards and companies came back to us with their exciting innovations using AI technology.
Recruitics and Their AI Chatbot, Brion
Recruitics is at the forefront of using AI to enhance backend operations in recruitment. They developed a chatbot named Brion (pronounced “Bryan”), initially built for internal use to assist their team in managing campaign concerns. The chatbot has since been extended to some of their clients, serving as an assistant rather than a decision-maker. This approach allows for a proactive response to potential issues in recruitment campaigns, helping to optimise performance and improve client satisfaction.
