PeopleSpheres, leader and pioneer in France of PaaS (Platform as a Service) solutions in the field of human resources, has raised $10M from Omnes, Irdi Capital, UL Invest and SWEN Capital Partnersto support its growth and prepare its international development.

PeopleSpheres, a company created by Philippe Bloquet, an expert in human resources software, has developed an HR PaaS solution that allows companies to connect and synchronize all their HR SaaS software.

The ambition PeopleSpheres’s PaaS solution is to offer employees, managers, and HR executives an easy-to-use and unified interface to orchestrate the HR ecosystem of companies with 250 to 20,000 employees. PeopleSpheres also has a marketplace of the best HR SaaS software connected to its PaaS and covering the entire HR sphere.

A unique solution trusted by more than 260 customers from different industries. The company (originally financed by Odyssée Venture, managers, and business angels) and its product have reached a stage of maturity. The moment has come to climb the ladder for a new stage of development and growth.

According to Philippe Bloquet: “We have been experiencing strong market growth for the past 2 years, despite Covid-19. Companies want to use the best HR SaaS software on the market while providing a unified and simple employee experience. The market timing is perfect for us. This fundraising allows us to strengthen our sales and marketing forces, to pursue the integration of new HR SaaS software partners, to develop new features based on artificial intelligence and also to lay the groundwork for our internationalization. We plan to rapidly recruit around 40 people to ensure this expansion. We are excited to move into this next phase of growth and pleased to have assembled this first-class investor pool.
