Joss began her career at Hays Accountancy & Finance where she managed several recruitment teams, eventually taking on a regional management position, before being promoted to corporate sales director. She spent time at ManpowerGroup, heading up the Experis Finance Recruitment business, and Services business, focusing on Financial Services, supporting Regulatory, Risk, Governance and Audit Projects. She then joined SAP Fieldglass, supporting Fieldglass-specific solutions and total SAP transformation projects.

In this role, Drake is responsible for leading SkillGigs’ financials and reporting, and ensuring the continuous advancement of the company’s operational efficiencies.
As SkillGigs’ controller and vice president of finance, Drake will leverage the deep financial background and strategic business development acumen accumulated over his career. For over three decades, Drake has led various teams in accounting, financial analysis, sales processes and performance measurement. Drake’s most recent role was that of chief financial officer for a private education school. Prior to that role, he was the performance officer for a strategic consulting firm. Drake earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The College of William and Mary, and his MBA from St. Joseph’s University with a concentration in international business administration.

In this role, Helvey will lead Jobvite’s strategy, operations, and execution, while focusing on accelerating innovation, driving operational improvement, and delivering differentiated experiences to strengthen the company’s position within the multi-billion-dollar talent acquisition market. As a member of the Employ executive leadership team, Helvey will report to CEO Pete Lamson.

Helvey’s professional career spans over three decades and includes 15 years at Cornerstone OnDemand where she held leadership roles as SVP of Global Client Success, SVP of Consulting Services and Chief Operating Officer. During her leadership tenure, she oversaw Cornerstone’s global business operations and client satisfaction while helping grow the company to support more than 3,500 customers, 2,000 employees and drive $500 million in revenue. Most recently, she served as the CEO and Co-Founder of Instil, a cloud solution developed to unlock the potential of nonprofits and establish meaningful connections with their community.
