Energy Freelance, a marketplace where energy companies can quickly and easily hire top energy experts, has named John Harper as Director of Technology.

Greenhouse, the hiring operating system for people-first companies, announced today that it has promoted Henry Tsai to Chief Product Officer. As a longstanding part of the Executive Leadership Team, Henry will continue to show his commitment to the principles of IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Allyship) by actively working to create the conditions for inclusion and belonging at Greenhouse and for its customers through product innovation.

With over a decade of experience leading product teams, Henry has a proven track record of innovating and improving products at a variety of companies. Prior to joining Greenhouse as VP of Product & Design, Tsai led product engineering teams at SAP to build context-as-a-service platforms using cutting edge machine learning and AI


Glider AI is pleased to announce the promotion of Ben Walker to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Since joining in 2021, Ben has overseen operations and customer success teams. During his tenure, Glider AI has doubled its customer base of enterprise brands and global staffing firms.

With over 30 years in HR Tech and consulting, Ben brings deep industry knowledge, which has proven to be an asset to Glider and its growing customer base. In March 2023, Glider announced a Series A of USD 10M; Walker’s promotion reflects the company’s continued growth with enterprise employer, staffing, and contingent program customer segments. Ben’s expanded scope includes company operations and revenue expansion.

Bigelow is a well known executive in AI, analytics and enterprise SaaS, having led product teams for some of the most notable enterprise software companies in the world.

With over 17 years of experience in enterprise technology, Winkelman has served as Advisor to the CEO at SeekOut since 2021 while also serving as Chief Business and Strategy Officer at Quantum Metric. Winkelman started his technology career at Qualtrics, where he helped take the company from its founding in a basement (employee number 10) to its multi-billion-dollar acquisition by SAP and subsequent IPO. During his tenure at Qualtrics, Winkelman helped create its academic division and held several leadership positions, including Regional Leader in EMEA, Global Head of Digital CX and Global Head of Solution Strategy for their Employee Experience Solutions. He has a degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Utah State University.
