HR Tech Executive Changes

TopResume, the world’s largest resume-writing service, today announced two key hires to spearhead its leadership team. Byron Matthews is the company’s new Chief Executive Officer and Mike Ricciardelli is the new President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to TopResume, Mr. Matthews was CEO and President of Miller Heiman Group and Chief Commercial Officer at Korn Ferry Digital.

Accurate Background, a leading provider of compliant, background checks, drug and health screening and Form I-9 verifications, today announced the appointment of Russell (“Russ”) Doll as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the promotion of Dan Shoemaker to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Both roles report directly to CEO Tim Dowd. The executive appointments support the company’s strategic plans, which include accelerating the company’s growth, scaling the business to support a broader set of customers, laser focus on operational and service excellence, and strengthening financial operations.

DHI Group, parent company of, has announced Kate Swann, Chief Operating Officer at Purpose, has been appointed to the Company’s board of directors.

Ms. Swann has extensive experience managing at growth stage consulting companies and digital agencies. In her current role as Chief Operating Officer at Purpose, a social impact digital agency recently acquired by Capgemini, Ms. Swann develops growth strategies and business planning to ensure the company maximizes its resources and mobilizes talent for the greatest impact to its community and partners. Prior to joining Purpose, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Blue State Digital, a tech and creative agency that works with mission-driven organizations to build and mobilize communities, best known for its work with the Obama administration. Earlier in her career, Ms. Swann was the Chief Operating Officer at Frog Design and served in the managing director role at Fry, an ecommerce consulting firm, and Organic, a digital marketing agency.   

Paradox, the leading conversational AI platform helping talent acquisition teams spend more time with people by automating tasks like screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications, announced today the addition of former SAP executive David Pluto as Chief Strategy Officer. Pluto will primarily focus on driving growth through strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisitions.
