The Predictive Index Appoints Alisa Sheyn as Senior Vice President of Product

The Predictive Index, the talent optimization leader, today announced Alisa Sheyn is joining the executive leadership team as Senior Vice President of Product. Alisa will be responsible for leading product and user experience to continue the company’s journey toward product-led growth (PLG). With a company made up of 43% women, The Predictive Index commemorates International Women’s Day by holding true to the company’s mission “Better work, better world.”

A passionate technology leader, Alisa has combined experience in technology operations, engineering, and product management. With prior roles at Avid, Citrix and Pluralsight, Alisa implements a human-centric management approach through which she builds engaged teams that are mindful of customers’ priorities and long-term visions. Alisa is also a technology evangelist, women in tech champion, speaker, and writer.

Workramp Appoints VP of Revenue

WorkRamp, the enterprise learning platform, today announced that Rocky Paap has joined the company as Vice President of Revenue. Paap will be managing Sales, Customer Success, and Content Services to power a seamless customer experience for WorkRamp’s global customer base.

iCIMS Appoints Johnny Taylor to Board

iCIMS, Inc., the talent cloud company, today announced the appointment of Johnny C. Taylor to its board of directors. In his role, Taylor will provide strategic insight and counsel to support continuous innovation and operational excellence for iCIMS’ next phase of growth.  

Taylor is currently president and chief executive officer of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the largest HR professional association in the world. Prior to his current role, he was president and CEO of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, which represents the country’s 47 publicly-supported HBCUs, and group chief executive officer at tech holding company IAC.
