September 8, 2025 – FRISCO, Tx. – HRchitect, Inc. announced today that Jacqueline Kuhn, Executive Vice President of Strategic Services, plans to retire at the end of the month. The Executive Management team, who were notified of Kuhn’s intent to retire in 2023, has appointed Erica Niesse, current EVP of Implementation & Support Services, to oversee the Strategic Services group. This will centralize all consulting services – Strategic, Implementation & Support practices – under unified leadership. The Strategic Services consulting team will remain in place and will continue to provide uninterrupted, exceptional service to the HRchitect client base.
Kuhn’s retirement comes after 13 years of service at HRchitect and 40+ years in the HR technology industry.
