[Frisco, Texas]– May 5, 2025 – HRchitect Inc., a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM) technology consulting services, today announced that it has signed a letter of intent (LOI) to acquire 100% of the UKG TeleStaff workforce management consulting practice from JK Seva. As part of this acquisition, JK Seva is divesting its UKG TeleStaff practice, enabling these offerings to become a key addition to HRchitect’s portfolio.
With this strategic acquisition, HRchitect strengthens its leadership position in providing workforce management and scheduling services.
