Humanly Acquires 3 Companies including Qualifi

Read Time2 Minute, 21 Second

Humanly has acquired Sprockets, Qualifi, and HourWork — the company announced on its blog.

This expanded platform gives employers one seamless system to source, screen, interview, hire, and retain talent at scale—helping organizations move faster, make smarter hiring decisions, and engage more candidates than ever before.

Why Now

The world of hiring is changing fast. It’s easier than ever for candidates to apply for jobs—sometimes with just a single click. But for employers, that convenience comes with new challenges.

As Prem Kumar, Humanly’s CEO and Co-Founder, explains:

“Employers are being flooded with applicants driven by AI-enabled applying, while still grappling with high turnover and the urgent need to scale hiring without adding headcount. By bringing these companies together, we’re creating the most comprehensive AI recruiting platform on the market.”

In short: it’s no longer enough to automate one piece of the process. Teams need connected systems that help them engage every candidate, faster and more intelligently.

What Each New Addition Brings

Each of these companies adds a vital layer to the Humanly platform:

  • Sprockets brings a powerful hiring platform, frontline manager app, and sourcing and screening tools—helping organizations build stronger pipelines and identify best-fit candidates with confidence.
  • Qualifi adds automated phone and voice screening as new channels within Humanly’s multi-modal conversational AI (chat, SMS, email, video, and voice), reducing time-to-hire from days to minutes.
  • HourWork extends Humanly’s reach beyond hiring, empowering employers to onboard, train, engage, and retain their hourly workforce through personalized post-hire engagement.

Together, these capabilities create a unified experience for high-volume and enterprise employers alike—one that doesn’t just move candidates through a process, but builds meaningful, data-driven connections at every stage.

Powering the Next Chapter of AI Hiring

Alongside these acquisitions, Humanly continues to expand the capabilities of our AI Interviewer, which enables employers to instantly interview candidates at scale. This technology helps hiring teams uncover and engage the 95% of applicants who are often overlooked, giving every candidate a fair shot to shine.

Prem Kumar previously helped integrate LinkedIn’s data asset into Microsoft’s product suite after its acquisition—and sees similar potential here to build the world’s largest and most diverse database of AI-interviewed candidates.

“This is more than an acquisition,” Prem adds. “It’s a strategy to redefine how millions of workers are hired, placed, and retained—using AI to power every step of the journey, from the first hello to onboarding and beyond.”

What’s Next

In the coming months, we’ll share more about how these capabilities will come together inside the Humanly experience—and how our platform will continue evolving to help hiring teams move faster, connect better, and hire more equitably.
