HOLMDEL, N.J. — Enterprise talent acquisition platform iCIMS has officially announced the return of its annual virtual customer conference, iCIMS NEXT, scheduled for October 8, 2026.

The virtual event is designed to help recruiters, hiring teams, and HR leaders optimize their talent acquisition strategies using artificial intelligence, recruitment marketing, and automation. Attendees will also be eligible to earn continuing education unit (CEU) credits.

Focus on Practical AI & Hiring Efficiency

As organizations face growing pressure to accelerate hiring and demonstrate return on investment from emerging AI tools, iCIMS NEXT aims to bridge the gap between technology and implementation.

The agenda features main stage keynotes and two dedicated breakout tracks:

  • Recruitment Marketing & Candidate Engagement: Sourcing strategies, building stronger employer brands, and optimizing career sites.
  • AI & Automation: Harnessing AI-powered tools, purpose-built agents, and responsible AI practices to streamline recruiting workflows and manage high-volume hiring.

iCIMS leadership—including CEO Marc Thompson, Chief Customer and Operating Officer Nikki Grigsby, and Chief Product Officer Eric Connors—will highlight the company’s product roadmap, including upcoming AI agent innovations designed to evolve the traditional applicant tracking system (ATS).

Real-World Customer Insights

The event will showcase real-world case studies and practical playbooks from leading brands and enterprise customers, including PepsiCo, Acadia Healthcare, OSL, ATCC, Wrench Group, Esler Companies, and Meritage Talent Solutions.

Michael Shabal, Program Manager at Acadia Healthcare, noted that leveraging iCIMS’ platform and strategy enabled a 20% reduction in time-to-fill for high-volume positions, which make up 70% of the organization’s open requisitions.
