We are thrilled to welcome Katie Krzywicki to Team Haley as our new Director of Digital Marketing.
Katie joins us with over 15 years of experience in recruitment advertising and digital media strategy. She has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results through data-driven campaigns, strategic media planning, and talent acquisition marketing.
Before joining Haley Marketing, Katie played a pivotal role at Polaris Recruitment Communications, where she collaborated with talent acquisition teams to implement effective recruitment media strategies and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across multiple platforms. Her leadership experience and expertise in SEO, paid social media advertising, and media planning make her an incredible asset to our team.
As Director of Digital Marketing, Katie will report to Vicki and Jeff on our leadership team. Her primary focus will be to ensure the success of our digital marketing team by overseeing service delivery. She will work closely with our team to build strong client relationships, set clear marketing strategies, and ensure we provide top-tier deliverables that align with client goals. Katie will also play a critical role in team leadership, product innovation, and driving measurable marketing impact.

When she’s not crafting impactful marketing strategies, Katie loves cheering on her kids at their sporting events (daughter Colleen, 16, plays softball, and son Ryan, 15, plays baseball), spending time outdoors, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. She also has a knack for negotiating media contracts – once saving a client over $100K in annual ad spend!
