Founders Seth Tilliss and Aditya Gupta will join Metaview to accelerate development of fillmore, its autonomous AI coworker that owns recruiting top of funnel, from sourcing candidates to booking qualified screening calls.
Beyond assisting hiring teams and recruiters with note-taking or drafting emails, fillmore was built to source candidates, run personalized outreach, follow up and book qualified screening calls with minimal intervention. Since its initial announcement in June 2026, more than 2,000 hiring managers and recruiting teams have joined the waitlist, making it one of Metaview’s fastest-growing product launches. The Reval acquisition expands Metaview’s engineering team as the company prepares to bring fillmore to more customers.

Founded in 2023, Reval approached autonomous recruiting from the services side rather than the software side. Instead of building tools for recruiters, the company built an AI-native recruiting firm where AI sourced, screened and delivered candidates for customers.
