PandoLogic Announces Continued Workforce Recovery Grant Efforts

NEW YORK — Following the success of the COVID-19 Talent Acquisition Grant, PandoLogic has extended grant eligibility for free job advertising campaigns to all employers who were hit hardest during the pandemic and are looking to quickly reboot their workforce.

“We understand businesses are eager to get back to work and we want to do our part to aid and assist the economic recovery. As the economy re-opens, we’re meeting this urgent demand for talent by assisting employers that experienced workforce reductions or furloughs during the pandemic and now need to quickly and effectively replenish their staff with free Talent Acquisition ad campaigns targeting qualified and available candidates”, said Terry Baker, PandoLogic CEO and President.

The original COVID-19 Talent Acquisition Grant was immensely successful in helping companies and organizations hiring first responders and essential service workers on the frontlines in combatting the virus. The Talent Acquisition grant included the hiring of key talent such as respiratory therapists and ICU Nurses within healthcare providers including Ochsner Health, UMass Memorial Healthcare, Angels of Care (pediatric home healthcare), Genesis Rehab Services, BrightSpring Health Services (leading provider of comprehensive home and community-based health services), Boston Medical Center and home healthcare provider BAYADA. Plus, essential workers for Eversource.

The Grant was also utilized by talent providers across the Staffing industry and Gig economy including Foundation Medical Staffing, (CHG), HealthTrust (an HCA Company), Kimco,, Barton Associates and AMN Healthcare.

“We have found that the pandemic has accelerated the adoption of programmatic recruitment advertising as this disruptive technology quickly consolidates all the varied sources of traffic into a single campaign that efficiently manages both the cost and yield of qualified candidates. Our Hire Intelligence approach includes the use of NLP, taxonomy, machine learning and proprietary AI-enabled algorithms that quickly figure out what bids are necessary to achieve the desired results and are optimized in real-time as the demand for talent and supply of talent changes. The pandemic has dramatically changed the supply, cost and quality of available talent and the old approach and models of talent attraction will no longer work.
