HR Departments Face Education Gap in AI’s Acceptable Use

Nearly all HR professionals use some kind of AI in their operation, a significant number lack internal guidelines on using the technology responsibly and ethically. A survey by compliance-training firm Traliant found that 94% of HR professionals use AI, but only 40% worker under an acceptable AI use policy. “HR professionals need to close the education gap and ensure their organization is equipped with the right training and policies to empower employees to leverage AI ethically and responsibly,” the company said.
