Refreshed People Profile
Building upon the People Profile innovations in our First Half 2024 Release, we are excited to unveil a refreshed look and feel for the full profile view. This modern design, available on desktop and mobile devices, features an intuitive card-style format that makes finding information quick and easy. And with new detailed views, users can navigate to comprehensive summaries of key profile sections, such as compensation information.

AI-Assisted Writing
Additionally, employees can now use our AI-assisted writing functionality to quickly enhance their self-description in the Profile Preview, allowing them to further build their personal brand. Managers and admins can also use AI to create more meaningful workflow comments, helping speed up the approval process.
