ServiceNow added San Franciso-based Soul Machines’ Experiential AI Agents Connector to its store, allowing customers to use intelligent avatars with its digital-workflow platform. As a result, users will be able to create AI-based avatars that, the company says, offer “the full capabilities of humans and machine collaboration.”
Soul Machines is among a growing number of solutions that allow users to work with an intelligent avatar that looks, sounds and behaves like a person. For HR, the company said its avatars can be used for digital interviewers, onboarding or performance coaching triggered by HR platforms events.
Avatar-like AI agents boost engagement by presenting what is, in effect, an interface that can see, hear and react with users. Employing Soul Machines’ technology, ServiceNow customers will be able to intelligently gather information, guide users through processes, trigger automated tasks and resolve issues with more efficiency and personalization. One result, the company said, will be faster adoption and improved efficiency.
