A full third of talent acquisition leaders, 33%, said they’re frustrated by process inefficiencies, unqualified candidates and a lack of visibility into full-funnel data.
Research by Symphony Talent found that, among the teams themselves, 85% don’t have access to the information they need to track and optimize their recruitment efforts. That, they said, makes it more difficult to address challenges like increasing hiring demands, stagnant budgets and intensified competition.
