In this session, Barny Ritchley from CV Library looked at how to use data analytics to improve performance in recruitment.

We generate a staggering 147 zettabytes annually, with this volume doubling every two years. Yet, despite this abundance, 41% of data held in the UK is unused or unwanted, highlighting a critical gap between data availability and meaningful use. For recruitment, data analytics offers transformative possibilities to enhance hiring efficiency and accuracy, allowing both candidates and recruiters to experience a more seamless process.
