Visier, the award-winning workforce intelligence leader and creator of Visier Workforce AI, today announced the launch of Talk Nerdy to Me, a new video podcast series that trades traditional executive interviews for conversations that go beyond the usual talking points and get into the real-world experiences shaping how we work. Featuring influential voices from organizations including Eaton, Merck, Providence, and eBay, the series explores how AI, workforce intelligence, and bold leadership that leads with curiosity are reshaping the way organizations operate.

As artificial intelligence transforms the workplace, HR leaders face growing pressure to move beyond traditional processes and demonstrate measurable business impact. Yet some of the most valuable conversations about what comes next aren’t happening in boardrooms or conference sessions. They’re happening when industry leaders are encouraged to challenge assumptions, share unfiltered perspectives, and embrace a little unpredictability.

That’s the idea behind Talk Nerdy to Me. Hosted by Visier Chief Evangelist and former CHRO, Paul Rubenstein, the series takes inspiration from unconventional interview formats like Hot Ones, combining thought-provoking questions with surprise hands-on activities. Across 30-minute episodes, guests paint portraits, decorate cakes, build sock puppets, and tackle other creative challenges while discussing some of the most pressing issues facing today’s workforce.

“The future of HR belongs to people who aren’t afraid to challenge conventional thinking, ask tough questions and rethink how organizations work,” said Paul Rubenstein, Chief Evangelist at Visier. “At its core, this series is about celebrating the curiosity, creativity, and courage it takes to turn workforce insights into meaningful business impact.”

The series features conversations with industry leaders offering distinct perspectives on that challenge, including:

  • Michael Walsh, Senior Director, Workforce Analytics & Planning at Eaton, on moving people analytics beyond reporting to empower managers and connect workforce decisions to business outcomes.
  • Pramukh Jeyathilak, Chief People Officer at Visier, on hiring for future potential and combining the art and science of talent decisions as AI reshapes work.
  • Madeline Laurano, Founder and Chief Analyst at Aptitude Research, on why HR must take more risks, challenge traditional approaches and measure its impact through business results.
  • Jeremy Shapiro, AVP, Human Resources, Workforce Analytics at Merck, on how AI can free HR from administrative work and create new opportunities to rethink work design and employee experience.
  • Scott Judd, Senior Director, People Analytics at eBay, on moving from workforce insights to actionable recommendations that drive lasting organizational change.

Together, the conversations reveal a common theme: The next chapter of HR isn’t simply about having better data or adopting more AI. It’s about having the curiosity, business acumen, and courage to turn those capabilities into meaningful change.

The launch also marks a new approach to thought leadership for Visier, reflecting its evolving brand strategy and longstanding commitment to the community of passionate, data-driven HR professionals it calls “People Nerds.” By pairing substantive workplace insights with an entertaining, personality-driven format, Visier aims to make complex workforce conversations more accessible and for a broader audience.

Talk Nerdy to Me launches October 28, 2026. Episodes will be available on Youtube at: https://www.youtube.com/@visier_inc
