Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Kat DiAire, who brings a unique blend of recruiting experience, tech know-how, and a passion for client service to her new role as Marketing Support Specialist on our Client Success team.
Kat’s background:
Kat joins us with four years of experience in staffing and recruiting, most recently at TalentLaunch, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing technology adoption and improving operational workflows. From sourcing and recruiting to leading system training and cross-functional projects, Kat brings hands-on expertise that aligns beautifully with our mission to deliver shareworthy service. Her previous experience at Disney also reflects her deep commitment to customer satisfaction, making her a perfect addition to Team Haley.
In her new role…
…Kat will help clients maximize the value of our services—from answering tickets and conducting product training to providing quality control and technical support. Drawing from her unique perspective as a former end-user of Bullhorn and other staffing technologies, Kat will bridge the gap between client needs and innovative solutions. Her ability to empathize, educate, and problem-solve will boost internal workflows while empowering our clients to operate more efficiently and successfully.
