New integration gives job seekers a visual and easy-to-navigate experience when searching for jobs using Anthropic’s AI assistant

(June 9, 2026) – ZipRecruiter® (NYSE: ZIP), a leading online employment marketplace, is expanding its AI job search offerings with the launch of the ZipRecruiter connector for Claude. ZipRecruiter is bringing its millions of job opportunities to Anthropic’s AI assistant, giving job seekers a new way to find work and expanding ZipRecruiter’s presence across AI platforms.
ZipRecruiter’s job search connector for Claude is built around a visual, easy-to-navigate experience that makes finding the right role feel effortless. By chatting with Claude about their preferences and experience, job seekers will get curated, real-time job matches from ZipRecruiter and can browse role details like salary, location, and benefits at a glance on easy-to-read job cards. Job seekers view additional details to learn more about the role and then tap-to-apply directly on ZipRecruiter.

How It Works
- Connect to ZipRecruiter: Find ZipRecruiter in the Claude connector directory (Settings → connectors → Browse connectors) and click “Connect.”
- Start a search: In a chat, type a job title and/or location to get job results. For example, “find me a retail job in NYC that pays $25 an hour.”
- Enable connector: When prompted, turn on the ZipRecruiter connector.
- Refine results: Narrow results by sharing preferences such as salary, distance, remote work, experience level, employment type, or date posted.
- Browse and apply: View job listings in Claude and click “View Job Details” to apply on ZipRecruiter.
ZipRecruiter’s app is now available in the Claude connectors directory. Expanded functionality and features are planned to launch in the months ahead.
