To further strengthen data security, the 1H 2026 Release introduces a more granular permission framework for Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) and Growth Portfolio (GP) data handled via the Integration Center.
What you need to know: New mandatory Role-Based Permissions (RBP) are being introduced for both Import and Export activities. To prevent scheduled integration job failures, administrators must be granted the new “Import/Export Talent Intelligence Hub and Growth Portfolio Data” permission, alongside specific object-level access (View/Create).
