In this blog we will look at how you can use the ‘Define Eligibility for Onboarding Initiation’ rule to send an internal employee or candidate direct to MPH, whilst still have the onboarding integration for other candidates.  In our example we want would like to be able to send all internal hires to go to MPH but for external hires on the same requisition to be able to initiate onboarding.  Up until now this has been a challenge for candidates on the same requisition.
