Data quality is a key investment in any successful talent strategy. In SAP SuccessFactors TIH, importing thousands of attributes via CSV files is a common practice—but without validation, organizations risk introducing HTML tags, malformed characters, and inconsistent formatting that can disrupt Growth Portfolio screens and degrade user experience.
To address this challenge, I built CSVValidationApp, a Fiori-based application developed using Vibe Coding principles. This tool automates cleansing and validation of CSV files before import, ensuring clean, consistent data and saving HR administrators countless hours of manual work.
