By standard, an employee can delegate the workflow to any user in the organization (depends on user search permission for employee)
Requirement:
Requirement is to allow auto delegation to the users up to 5 levels above the position hierarchy & restrict for any other users.
Solution:
Write a business ruleAssign to MDF objectWrite a business rule
Scenario: Rules for MDF Based Objects
Base Object: Auto Delegate Config
Purpose: Validate
Assign to MDF Object
Assign above created rule to MDF object “Auto Delegate Config”
TESTING
Now you will say error message if employee tries to delegate to employee not in hierarchy up to 5 levels.
