Most of us enjoy receiving a little token of love or appreciation on Valentine’s Day, whether in the form of a note, a bouquet, or a candy heart.
What else do PI users love? Their Reference Profiles!
In the spirit of the holiday, as well as our fondness for behavioral data, we thought it’d be fun to run through each profile and give out candy hearts with messages that speak to their most prominent behaviors – the quirks and traits that make each profile beautiful, and help us appreciate the behavioral diversity of Better Work, Better World.
Here’s what we envision each profile receiving from their valentine:
Adapter: “Bridge builder”
The consummate stabilizing profile, an Adapter loves seeing their flexibility pay off in the form of great communication and collaboration.
Altruist: “Heart of gold”
Altruists are not only friendly and warm, they genuinely care about team harmony and engagement – always abiding by that Golden Rule.
Analyzer: “Data over drama”
Spare the Analyzer your office politics and corporate buzzwords. Just the facts, please.
Artisan: “Crafting with care”
Nothing appeals to the Artisan’s sensibilities quite like a nod to their specialized skills.
Captain: “Leading the way”
