Many customers are hesitating to provide the permission for biographical information to all report users. The reason is that biographical information has sensitive fields like “Date of Birth”, “Birth Name”, “Region of Birth” but does not provide field-level permissions. If the permission for biographical information is not provided, then up to now it was not possible to report on additional person related details (such as e.g. address, contact details like phone number and email, work permit details or dependents). Starting from H1 2505 a long-awaited possibility to bypass biographical information in story reporting is available which still allows to report on additional person related details.
