Your organization has made the wise decision to include Change Management as part of its HCM Implementation initiative. Understanding your role and responsibilities in contributing to this change effort is crucial. How will you know how to work as part of this team? At the start of the change management track, it is essential to define the roles and responsibilities of everyone involved in the change process. These definitions will allow proper governance of change plans and activities. We accomplish this task using a RACI Chart to determine responsibilities for each deliverable. Understanding the roles and responsibilities will ensure the right resources to create a productive change team.

The RACI matrix ensures that change management tasks continue moving forward by assigning responsibilities to each milestone and deliverable. RACI stands for Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed, and represents the level of ownership for each member of the Change Management Team.
