Introduction
In the existing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding implementation for WTPA (Wage Theft Prevention Act) forms, partners were required to configure field override mappings and business rules for every single form field, including processed or system-generated fields.
As of the 2H 2025 release, the Compliance Framework introduces a new capability — Employer Compliance Task, which allows the employer/admin to directly enter employee-specific pay details inside the Compliance Form, eliminating the need for override mapping for WTPA.
This guide explains when and how to enable this feature, the end-to-end process flow, and how it differs from the legacy override method — exclusively for Implementation Consultants and SAP Partners.
