Namely + The Work Number

Namely, a leading HR platform for mid-sized companies, today shared details of a new integration with The Work Number® database from Equifax. By partnering with an industry-leading digital verification service, Namely can offer a more streamlined, automated transfer of information to verifiers requesting employment and income data for consumer decisions on behalf of the employees of customers on the Namely platform.

Namely CEO Larry Dunivan shared, “Employment and income verifications are vital to employees, and a manual approach can slow down progress at critical moments in their life. Considered a gold standard for verifications, Namely’s partnership with The Work Number® will help our clients adopt a digital process that leverages timely and consistent employment and income information to speed up verifier decisions for their employees.” 

The integration with The Work Number database further supports Namely’s “All-In-One” promise to assist employers with HR tasks. Current and future clients of Namely will benefit from this new integration directly into the Namely technology platform. Effective immediately, Namely clients may receive the service automatically at no additional charge.


Circa + Pereless Systems

Circa is pleased to announce our formal partnership with New Jersey-based Pereless Systems, provider of recruitment management solutions that includes applicant tracking systems, HR software and pre-employment services for over 20 years.

The purpose of the partnership is to improve diversity outcomes across the shared customer base and support federal contractors with their HR consulting and compliance planning needs. Pereless Systems will refer Circa’s SaaS-based technology solutions to their customers while Circa promotes Pereless Systems and their ATS On Demand (SMB solution) to our customers.


PreCheck + Oracle

PreCheck, a background screening and credentialing firm specializing in healthcare and a member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), today announced that PreCheck background check solution is available on the Oracle Cloud Marketplace and can be integrated with Oracle Recruiting Cloud. Oracle Cloud Marketplace is a centralized repository of enterprise applications offered by Oracle and Oracle partners.

PreCheck’s background screening solution on Oracle Cloud Marketplace enables customers to streamline their background screening and hiring processes with support for integrations for Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Oracle Taleo Enterprise.


Cornerstone OnDemand + Microsoft

Cornerstone OnDemand a global leader in people development solutions, announced today it is one of the first Learning Management Software (LMS) partners for Microsoft Viva, Microsoft’s new Employee Experience Platform (EXP). As part of the new platform, Cornerstone Learning and Saba Cloud will be integrated in the new Microsoft Viva Learning app.

Microsoft Viva, powered by Microsoft 365 and experienced through Microsoft Teams, is an integrated, insights-driven employee experience platform that helps organizations bring together communications, knowledge, learning and workplace insights. Microsoft Viva Learning will bring new functionality to Teams that will create a central hub for learning in the flow of work.


Broadleaf Results + VNDLY

Broadleaf Results and VNDLY announced a strategic partnership that will pair best-in-class workforce services with leading-edge technology. Broadleaf—a premier total talent acquisition and management provider—will utilize VNDLY’s vendor management technology (VMS) platform to augment its Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs. The Broadleaf-VNDLY alliance will provide clients with a highly intuitive and agile talent management approach to deliver cost savings, drive efficiency, improve quality, and ensure compliance.

As part of the partnership agreement, Broadleaf will migrate select clients from its own proprietary VMS technology—Work Nexus—to VNDLY’s cloud-native platform. The transition will enhance Broadleaf’s comprehensive workforce management processes, improve its ability to deliver upon program objectives, and promote a more positive client experience.


Sterling + ID.me

ID.me, a federally certified identity verification platform, and Sterling, a leading provider of identity and background services, today announced the launch of an exclusive partnership that brings a powerful new identity service offering to the employment and screening space. Employers and workers in the United States will now have access to a flexible identity solution that can be used at scale to accelerate hiring and improve background screens.

Pluralsight + Degreed

Pluralsight, Inc. (NASDAQ: PS), the technology workforce development company, announced that it has partnered with the learning experience and upskilling platform Degreed. Together, they’ll deliver an integrated experience designed to help customers better measure and track technology-upskilling efforts within the Degreed experience. This partnership enables joint customers to implement strategic plans to improve their employee skill inventory.

Pluralsight and Degreed deliver solutions that help L&D leaders manage the necessary skills for organizations’ largest and most important digital transformation projects by providing a way to assess existing tech skills and identify skill gaps. Historically, Pluralsight’s leading technology content has been able to integrate into any Degreed deployment. The integrated content experience is now enhanced by incorporating assessment data from Pluralsight’s Skill IQ into Degreed’s skill analytics to give Pluralsight’s enterprise customers enhanced visibility into individual and team technology skills.

As part of this new integration, available Skill IQs will appear on Degreed Skill cards, enabling managers to track skill level and compare it to existing job descriptions or career opportunities. The integration also includes new features for leaders to track skills. Additionally, leaders can use these management tools to direct users to take new Skill IQs inside the Pluralsight Skills experience.

WorkLLama + MVP Staffing
