You might not know me yet, but join a virtual meeting with me, and I promise you’ll know exactly how to kick it off. And no, it won’t be by asking about the weather in New England.

At PI, we think about behavioral styles all day, every day. We thought, “What if we could give people a peek into each other’s behavioral styles before a meeting even starts?”

So, in typical PI fashion, we created virtual waiting rooms that showcase just that.

Who doesn’t want to start a 1:1 knowing exactly how to make the most of it?

Behavioral insights can be your lifeline in an awkward meeting.

As PI’s Sr. Brand Manager, I’ve seen firsthand how our Reference Profiles (a useful shorthand for behavioral styles) have become a core part of who we are. When we rebranded them and integrated them into the PI experience in 2018, we expanded our mission to make it easy to communicate about behavioral styles at work. They’re not just colorful badges, names, and icons; They’re tools that help us understand each other better, work more effectively, and yes, now they can help start meetings on the right foot…
