HR Tech Outlook magazine releases its list of the top 10 HR Tech startups of 2021, and GoodJob claims the top spot

BIRMINGHAM, ALA – Today, GoodJob Software LLC announced that it has been named Company of the Year by HR Tech Outlook. The magazine publishes an annual list of the top ten human resources tech startups, and GoodJob came in at number one.

HR Tech Outlook noted that GoodJob® allows companies to hire the right candidate the first time by including a candidate’s interest, ability to embrace a new culture, passion, and approach in their application. They noted the numerous problems with using resumes to hire, including the skin-deep info they provide and the onerous work they take to process.

“We’re glad to announce GoodJob as one of the Top 10 HR Tech Startups 2021. We’re pleased to recognize GoodJob for its machine-learning technology and assessment tools that are proven to reduce time and cost to hire, lower churn rates, and improve employee productivity. Its AI platform efficiently searches for culture fits and effortlessly mitigates bias to hire and promote for Diversity & Inclusion,” said Hanna Wilson, Managing Editor of HR Tech Outlook.

“We’re thrilled to be recognized with this award,” said CEO Stephen D. Johnston. “It’s a great validation of our business model that serves to identify the right candidate for every job using AI machine learning and the PATH Assessment®.”

Recruiters have historically relied on resumes to align candidates with employment opportunities. “This approach has led to the current situation, where unhappy employees are leaving their jobs at record rates,” said Johnston, referring to what professionals have called The Great Resignation. “Hiring candidates who are going to love their jobs and stick around is beneficial to everyone.”
