HiringThing Releases New Features to Recruit Passive Candidates

With the unemployment rate at a 50-year low of 3.4 percent, hiring managers must find new ways to be competitive in order to acquire qualified candidates. Employers can recruit for hard-to-fill positions by easily accessing, searching and viewing redacted resumes for free, as well as unlocking and purchasing resumes of candidates of interest for a small fee.
