Event Reason is made mandatory for Onboarding at the time of initiation as documented in SAP SuccessFactors What’s New Viewer Mandatory Event Reason for Onboarding Process Initiation and the blog post. Due to this feature, you may start seeing new errors in the Business Process ToDo when onboarding is initiated from Recruiting.
