SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits – How to set specific benefit enrollment effective from date.
Using business rule, we can customize the benefit enrollment effective from date at the benefit creation level.
Requirement – To set enrollment effective from date to be one month back dated.
Solution:
Step 1: Create a business rule – Under benefit management, select the scenario as below –
Step 2: configure the rule as below –
Step 3: Assign this rule to the benefit as below and save
With this rule, you can set the enrollment effective from date for a benefit as a past date or future date.
