ICIMS, the Intelligent Hiring Platform, today announced its 2026 Fall Release, including the launch of the ICIMS Hiring Agent, an agentic AI experience that works alongside recruiters and hiring managers in Microsoft Teams. The ICIMS Hiring Agent identifies what needs hiring teams’ attention, nudges the work forward and lets them review candidates, share feedback and approve hires all in the flow of work. The release also introduces additional capabilities across the ICIMS platform designed to help enterprise teams move faster, automate workflows, reduce risk and improve productivity across the hiring journey.

The release will begin rolling out to ICIMS customers on Oct. 26.

PageUp, a global leader in talent acquisition software, today announced that it will launch its latest innovation, Candidate Agent, at this week’s HR Tech 2026 in Las Vegas. Candidate Agent is the candidate-side counterpart to Paige, PageUp’s recruiter-facing agent, recently named a 2026 Top HR Product of the Year by HR Tech and HR Executive.

Built into PageUp Clinch and able to connect to any ATS, Candidate Agent transforms the career site from a static destination into an authentic communication channel. Candidate Agent combines an employer’s career content, brand, and employee-generated insights to answer candidate questions in context, delivering clearer answers, greater transparency and a more authentic view of the employee experience.

WayUp, the job search and recruiting marketplace built exclusively for college students and early-career job seekers, today announced the launch of its redesigned mobile app for iOS and Android. The app sends real-time alerts the moment a followed company posts a new internship or entry-level role, and lets candidates apply using the resume, education, and experience already saved to their WayUp profile, removing the need to rebuild an application from scratch for every role.

The launch comes as the market for early-career hires has tightened measurably: recent-college-graduate unemployment reached roughly 5.6% in the second quarter of 2026, among the highest readings in a decade outside the pandemic, according to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. With fewer no-experience entry-level openings available and employers moving quickly once applications start arriving, how fast a candidate sees and acts on a posting has become a meaningful factor in getting noticed.

The app is free to download and use, available now on the App Store and Google Play. Existing WayUp users can log in with their current account and keep their saved profile; new users can sign up directly in the app.
