Now, organizations that utilize both Phenom and UKG Pro Recruiting can improve the candidate experience by creating a better application process, while adding automation to reduce manual tasks and improve recruiter efficiency.

TALENT INC + RECRUITER.COM

Recruiter.com Group, Inc. an on-demand recruiting platform, today announced a strategic partnership with Talent, Inc., a leading career services company that provides a job seeker platform, professional resume writing, and interview coaching.

Elements of the strategic partnership include:

  • The sale of certain intellectual property of Recruiter.com’s passive candidate sourcing software platform to Talent, Inc. on undisclosed terms.
  • A revenue-sharing agreement that gives Recruiter.com a revenue share for the promotion and reselling of career services.
  • A planned ongoing services agreement granting continued access to the candidate sourcing platform to Recruiter.com for 18 months.

BRIGHTHIRE & SMARTRECRUITERS

BrightHire, the leading interview intelligence platform for improving the quality of hiring, announced today its partnership with enterprise hiring platform SmartRecruiters.

ATLASJOBS + PAM HEALTH

Los Angeles based technology company Pod, announced today that PAM Health, national healthcare leader, is the latest on a growing list of corporations to join the AtlasJobs talent engagement platform for their talent acquisition needs. PAM Health operates a network of over 100 specialty hospitals and outpatient clinics across the United States.
