Paradox + Sprockets

McHire, powered by Paradox, the platform that McDonald’s franchise operators trust to source, hire, and onboard new employees with fast, mobile-first experiences, now offers an integration with Sprockets to reveal who will perform like their best crew members and reduce bias in the workplace.

Sprockets’ software integrates directly with McHire to further streamline the hiring process, allowing GMs to focus more on daily operations. Richichi stated, “While McHire will remain as a tremendous way to source candidates, schedule interviews, extend offers, and more, the addition of Sprockets will help franchisees prescreen and hire the right people.” Many McDonald’s franchise operators have already improved retention with Sprockets, and now it’s even easier for others to achieve the same results without having to log in to two different tools.

Engagedly + Personio

Engagedly, a leading provider of employee engagement and performance management software, today announced the availability of Personio on the platform to help its clients with seamless integration. Personio is Europe’s leading HR software for small and medium-sized enterprises.

With this integration, companies will be able to keep their user base on Engagedly up-to-date, completely automatically. It is sure to delight organizations that are looking for an effective, one-stop HR solution.

The integration can be activated within the Engagedly platform in just a few clicks, allowing its clients to link with Personio without having to maintain two different HR systems. Once activated, all key details of the employee from Personio can be mapped to the attributes on Engagedly for smooth integration.

Timerack + COATS

Timerack and COATS Staffing Software today announced a long-term partnership designed to offer robust solutions that improve operations for staffing agencies. The two companies are providers of software solutions that address the staffing industry’s biggest challenges, including time and attendance, payroll, employee tracking, and recruitment. With this new partnership, staffing agencies can eliminate manual, front-office assignment tracking and employee location processes—using automation and intelligent software to reduce costs and human error for greater focus on growth opportunities.

OnShift + Viventium

TalentNet + Glider AI

TalentNet, the industry leader of direct sourcing technology, has joined forces with Glider AI, a talent intelligence platform that enables Enterprises, MSPs and Staffing Firms to bring talent quality to the forefront of hiring programs.

Purpose Jobs + ATS

Purpose Jobs, the Midwest’s largest startup and tech community, today announced that its job matching platform now integrates with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Greenhouse, Lever and Workable. Focused on emerging tech hubs around the Midwest, Purpose Jobs connects top talent with purpose-driven companies based on values, experience and culture contribution. Employers are able to post jobs for free for pre-vetted and interview-ready applicants to apply.

The integration, which takes just a few minutes to set-up, allows employers to sync jobs directly from their ATS into Purpose Jobs matching platform (saving time by avoiding posting the job twice) and allows an easy transfer of candidates from Purpose Jobs platform linked to a specific job posting, directly to their ATS. The integration allows human resource managers to streamline candidates, post more jobs and take advantage of a free additional sourcing tool without the headache of managing candidates in multiple platforms.

SmartSearch + SkillSurvey
