INDIANAPOLIS — Pillar, an interview intelligence platform, announced today that it has appointed Josh Bersin to its advisory board.
Josh is a world-respected industry analyst focused on corporate HR, talent management, leadership development, and HR technology. He is the founder of Bersin & Associates, now part of Deloitte, and is now the CEO of The Josh Bersin Company and Dean of The Josh Bersin Academy.

Anita Grantham, currently the Head of HR at BambooHR, has 20+ years experience creating incredible places to work. Prior to BambooHR, Anita held Chief People Officer and VP of Talent roles at Pluralsight, Infusionsoft, and Jokake Companies.
Today’s announcement comes on the heels of closing a $2.7M funding round earlier this year after the company’s launch in October 2021.
