Introduction
Over the past few weeks we’ve been getting a fair amount of questions about the License Usage Report that was added to the Compensation Home screen in one of the 2025 releases. Here is a quick visual explanation of how it works and how things are calculated on top of the existing documentation.

Conclusion
Archiving worksheets will not lead employees to drop off the count. Only marking a template as inactive will automatically make everybody in worksheets created with that template
